1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Todocollect app (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using the App’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Todocollect provides users with travel-related services, including but not limited to trip planning, and finding travel-related information. The App is intended to enhance your travel experience and provide useful resources for your trips.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage the App, the services, or the general business of Todocollect.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the App to engage in any form of illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or networks.
• Disrupting or interfering with the security of the App.
• Using the App to transmit any harmful or malicious code.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is objectionable, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.

5. Content

Todocollect allows users to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Todocollect and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Todocollect.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
